We specialize in building high-character, high-talent teams across multiple verticals. For this role, we are seeking a recruiter/account manager with proven experience in the construction staffing industry to drive client partnerships and candidate placements. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and prescreen candidates for construction roles across all levels. Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to offer acceptance. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a high-quality experience. Build and maintain strong client relationships within the construction sector. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver staffing solutions. Negotiate contracts, manage client expectations, and ensure successful placements. Identify and pursue new client opportunities in the Texas construction market. Collaborate with internal teams to expand Green Key’s footprint in the region. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of recruiting and account management experience at a staffing agency. Strictly focused on the construction vertical (commercial, residential, industrial). Strong knowledge of construction workforce trends and client needs. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment; Texas-based candidates strongly preferred.
