Position Overview Green Key Resources is seeking a
Recruiter to join our professional services division in our Frederick Maryland office . This role is a
hybrid of recruitment and account management if interested in focusing on client side , focused on building strong candidate and client relationships in the tech and sales market. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the sales industry.
Key Responsibilities Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth. Recruiting, sourcing and cold-calling Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Parse specialized skills and qualifications for sales resumes to match client needs. Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates. Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning. Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placements. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals.
