Position Overview Green Key Resources is seeking a
Recruiter
to join our sales and marketing division in our Morristown office (also locations in NYC, Long Island). This role is a
hybrid of account management and recruiting , focused on building strong candidate and client relationships in the tech and sales market. The ideal candidate is financially motivated, relationship-driven, and well-versed in the sales industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts, ensuring consistent communication, satisfaction, and long-term partnership growth.
Recruiting, sourcing and cold-calling
Build and maintain candidate pipelines using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
Parse specialized skills and qualifications for sales resumes to match client needs.
Develop creative strategies to recruit both active and passive candidates.
Provide consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, talent availability, and workforce planning.
Balance client expectations with candidate experience to achieve successful placements.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize recruiting workflows and meet hiring goals.
