This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional with a passion for media and marketing. Bilingual skills are not required for this role—but a proven ability to grow client relationships and drive revenue is essential. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a high-character, self-motivated team player with excellent organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate thrives on developing new businesses, enjoys strategic planning, and is committed to helping clients succeed. You should be comfortable cultivating strong relationships and able to communicate the value of our media platforms to potential advertisers. Key Responsibilities Prospect and secure new business across multiple platforms (radio, TV, and digital) Conduct in-depth clients’ needs assessments and business discussions with decision-makers Develop and present tailored marketing solutions that leverage our extensive media portfolio Monitor campaign performance and ensure ongoing client satisfaction Serve as a community leader and brand ambassador through consistent face-to-face client interactions Reinforce the unique value of Flood Communications’ growing network and vibrant Hispanic audience Qualifications Previous broadcast or media sales experience preferred Proven track record of growing account revenue Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software Strong verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills Solid understanding of marketing and branding strategies Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license Ability to work a flexible schedule To apply, please e-mail resume and cover letter to adobbins@telemundonebraska.com – No phone calls please.
