
Business Development Representative (Contract)

We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive top‑of‑funnel growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. The BDR will be responsible for outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and referrals to secure meetings for the sales team. This role is a critical part of our sales engine, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.
This is a four-month contract position with a base salary plus commission , offering the opportunity to make a direct impact in a fast‑paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
Qualify prospects by identifying pain points, business needs and fit.
Secure and schedule sales meetings.
Maintain and organize a pipeline of prospects, ensuring timely follow‑ups and engagement.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
Track and report prospecting activities, conversion rates, and key metrics using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of sales development, business development, or sales experience in a SaaS or tech‑driven environment.
Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.
Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship‑building abilities.
Highly motivated, persistent, and comfortable in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new sales strategies and technologies.
