
Business Development Representative

This is a pure outbound BDR role focused on new logo acquisition in the US market. You will own top-of-funnel pipeline generation, identifying, engaging, and converting cold prospects into qualified meetings for the sales team. This role requires high activity, sharp messaging, and relentless follow-ups. If you are not comfortable with outbound volume and rejection, this role is not a fit.
Responsibilities
Generate a pipeline by prospecting into US-based companies through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Execute structured, high-volume outbound sequences across multiple channels.
Identify and engage decision-makers (VPs, Directors, CXOs).
Craft personalised messaging that drives replies and meetings.
Own the funnel from the first touch, qualified meeting opportunity handoff.
Maintain daily activity targets (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches).
Track performance and pipeline in CRM tools.
Continuously improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates.
Requirements
2-5 years in BDR/Inside Sales (outbound-focused) in IT services or consulting.
Proven track record of opening new logos in the US market.
Strong experience in cold calling and cold emailing US prospects.
Ability to generate a pipeline from scratch.
Excellent written and spoken English (clear, confident, global tone).
Comfortable working US hours (evening
ight shift in India).
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding outbound quotas.
