This role is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who is confident leading sales conversations and motivated by performance-based income. We are especially interested in bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) who can effectively serve and grow our diverse community. State Farm experience is strongly preferred, but not required for the right producer with a proven sales background. Role Overview As an Account Manager, your primary focus is growth. You will proactively market and sell insurance products, conduct comprehensive policy reviews, and convert both warm and cold opportunities into long-term client relationships. Service is important—but production drives this role.
