
Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in bringing core digital marketing capabilities in-house as the company continues to grow. This individual will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing paid digital advertising campaigns—primarily across Meta platforms—while also overseeing the company’s organic social media presence.
This role blends strategic execution with creativity and offers an opportunity to meaningfully impact lead generation efficiency, cost per registration, and overall digital performance.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Digital Advertising
Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms with an initial focus on replicating and improving campaigns currently managed by external agencies
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per registration
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, registrations, etc.) and make data‑driven adjustments to campaigns
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with broader marketing and business objectives
Support the long‑term transition of digital marketing efforts from external agencies to an in‑house model
Social Media Management
Manage the company’s organic social media presence across all major platforms
Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content that aligns with brand voice and business goals
Collaborate on content ideas, campaigns, and creative concepts to support paid and organic efforts
Monitor engagement, respond as appropriate, and track performance metrics
Creative & Content Support
Contribute to ad creative, copywriting, and content development
Partner with team members on video, graphic, and written content as needed
Additional Responsibilities
Support Google advertising initiatives (search and/or display), as needed
Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
Work cross‑functionally with marketing, leadership, and external partners as required
Required Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns
Strong familiarity with Meta advertising platforms (Facebook specifically)
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to both strategy and execution
Strong analytical skills and comfort reviewing performance data
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, or YouTube)
Google Ads and/or Meta Ads certifications
Experience working in an agency environment
Basic video editing experience
