Responsibilities
Evangelize all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions to ensure customer understanding of Pure’s value proposition
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive high satisfaction ratings
Lead pursuit teams and develop strategic account plans for acquiring new customers
Manage a robust pipeline of sales activities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Navigate complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders while fostering teamwork
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience focused on new logo acquisition or business development
Proven track record of consistently delivering $5-$10M in annual revenues
Authentic engagement with customers to understand and address their business challenges
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and deepen relationships
Ability to assess and manage a sales territory for maximum revenue and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the data storage industry or related technology solutions
Strong prospecting skills with a history of opening doors to new customers
Demonstrated thought leadership and creativity in sales strategies
Passion for customer success beyond the sales process
Experience working collaboratively with internal teams and partners
