Overview
The Regional Marketing & Communications Officer will independently lead and execute all operational marketing activities across North America for four brands: LaCimbali, Faema, Casadio, and Slayer.
This role owns the local implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency while adapting global guidelines to the NA Region. The position plays a critical role in supporting distributors, roasters, partners, and the sales organization by delivering practical, high‑impact marketing tools and initiatives that strengthen brand visibility and drive business growth.
This is a hands‑on role requiring strong execution, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration with HQ and the North American sales team.
Strengthening Cimbali Group’s positioning as a global leader in professional coffee machines and grinders, while tailoring the approach to local customers, partners, and the coffee community. Design and deliver impactful marketing and communication initiatives that are consistent with Cimbali Group’s brand identity, with the aim to:
Increase brand awareness across the U.S. and Canadian markets
Support sales teams and commercial partners with targeted communication tools
Enhance coffee culture and customer experience through events, digital marketing, and local PR
Strengthening relationships with key stakeholders: customers, distributors, roasters, associations, and media
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Market Support
Manage and execute the annual operational marketing plan for North America across all four brands – supported by HQ Group Communications Guidelines.
Translate global brand guidelines into effective local initiatives tailored to the North American market.
Provide ongoing marketing support to distributors, roasters, key partners, and the sales team.
Support the development and execution of local branding initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for the North American market in coordination with HQ.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Plan and execute local digital marketing initiatives in coordination with HQ.
Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns.
Write and develop post copy, product messaging, and promotional content aligned with brand tone of voice.
Support the development of landing pages and campaign assets.
Coordinate with external agencies (digital, PR, creative) to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Monitor digital campaign performance and provide basic reporting and insights.
Support CRM‑related marketing initiatives in collaboration with Sales.
Trade Shows, Events & Brand Activations
Lead the operational planning and execution of key industry trade shows (e.g., SCA, NAFEM, NRA, NACS, NAMA, and others).
Coordinate venue scouting and logistics for regional events, training, and brand activations.
Manage event materials, booth setup, vendors, logistics, and on‑site coordination.
Support showroom‑based events and partner‑hosted initiatives.
Ensure consistent brand presentation across all physical touchpoints.
Marketing Materials & Sales Enablement
Adapt, and update marketing materials including brochures, leaflets, product sheets, and promotional assets.
Create tailored presentations for roasters, distributors, and key accounts.
Support the development of marketing materials for key accounts and chain customers.
Update and manage North America price lists and product catalogs for all four brands.
Ensure visual and brand consistency in the New York and Renton showrooms.
Collaborate with HQ Brand Management to maintain correct tone of voice and brand positioning.
Adapt content and messaging to align with North American market expectations while preserving global brand integrity.
Qualifications & Experience
3–5 years of experience in operational marketing, trade marketing, or B2B marketing
Proven experience managing trade shows and industry events
Ability to develop marketing collateral and sales presentations
Experience coordinating vendors and managing operational budgets
Autonomy and ownership
Strong execution mindset with attention to detail / Practical, solution‑oriented approach
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Collaborative team player with cross‑functional communication skills
Brand‑sensitive and customer‑focused
What we offer
Fixed salary range: 75,000 US$ - 95,000 US$
