Rather than traditional sales, your focus will be on consulting customers, understanding their preferences, and helping them choose the right equipment and accessories for their unique needs.
What You’ll Do: Customer Consultation
Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and one‑on‑one video calls
Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and experience level
Recommend the best espresso machines, grinders, and accessories to match their goals and lifestyle
Provide support through the entire decision‑making process—from research to post‑purchase confidence
Interactive Product Demos
Conduct live video demonstrations to showcase equipment features and usage
Guide customers through functionality and brewing techniques in an engaging, helpful way
Develop Deep Product Knowledge
Become a go‑to expert in espresso machines, grinders, coffee makers, and brewing accessories
Stay up to date with the latest coffee industry trends and products through regular training

A genuine passion for coffee and enthusiasm for sharing that passion with others
Strong communication skills—empathetic, clear, and confident across phone, chat, email, and video
Prior experience in customer service, consultation, or retail preferred
Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
