Provide assistance to Mestek representatives, customers, and employees while demonstrating a positive attitude. Act as a liaison between Sales Reps, Managers, customers, Technical Service, Engineering, and the Factory. Answer phone and E-mail inquiries in a timely manner Provide information concerning Mestek products Process incoming orders for unit accuracy, pricing, and shipping information Enter orders into Friedman ERP system Review information before sending to Credit/Factory Identify and resolve inquiries from representatives/customers relating to products Guide representatives and distributors in use of Sales Assistant Specifier Monitor fax machines for orders Maintain an orderly work area Keep filing and paperwork up-to-date Complete special projects as needed Assist other team members when work permits Perform similar or related duties as required or requested Requirements High School Diploma or GED Experience in writing orders and pricing a plus Able to use computer software including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word Ambitious, organized, and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr
