You can track status via your profile in PeopleHub. Job Summary Bon Appetit is seeking a marketing specialist to join our team. The Activation and Engagement Manager reports directly to the Resident District Manager and is responsible for all site-level marketing activities, including advertising and promotions. This person collaborates closely with our client and management team to produce marketing strategies and collateral that support dining operations and enhance client and customer satisfaction. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a sizeable dining campus, including micro restaurants and café operations. Please note: this client location requires a rigorous background check. Key Responsibilities Activate our brand internally through people’s programs and externally with customer experience initiatives. Collaborate creatively within the Image + Style team to develop customer experience initiatives that enhance our brand and contribute to customer satisfaction and increased participation and revenues. Utilize the activation toolkit for most efforts and manage small‑scale design projects with our professional design team to meet brand vision. Support field teams on site for brand activation initiatives and client needs; support account openings in the portfolio. Proactively develop recommendations to refresh customer experiences onsite to support account retention. Surface issues/requests for projects that can be done at a mass level and work collaboratively to develop new systems and tactics for efficiency. Use the BAMCO help center to support the account’s needs. Develop new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales, customer experience, and satisfaction. Drive Great Expectations 4 (GE4) brand standards by supporting and inspiring units to implement GE4 tactics. Guide accounts through building business plans and ensure teams buy in to plan, execute, and report on impact. Ensure all content on account sites is relevant and correct, reviewing for design, grammar, and Bon Appetit brand voice. Desired Qualifications Education: Minimum BA or BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations. Experience: Two years’ experience working with a marketing firm or in a marketing capacity within the retail industry or food & beverage / restaurant environment. Demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, and to think creatively and strategically. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPress. Experience managing the design process is a plus. Organized, detail‑oriented and process‑oriented; strong self‑motivator able to work with minimal supervision and solve problems independently. Excellent interpersonal skills, including public speaking and client interaction. Strong writing skills with proper grammar and spelling.
