Key Responsibilities Drive net-new revenue across major agency and brand accounts in the NYC region Lead strategic sales efforts, presenting innovative programmatic solutions aligned to client objectives Develop and expand relationships with holding companies and leading independent agencies Partner with internal teams (trading, client success, product) to deliver value and execution Maintain pipeline discipline, forecast accurately, and provide regular market feedback Help shape go-to-market strategy and brand presence in a priority territory Ideal Candidate Profile 5+ years in digital or media sales, with at least 2 years in programmatic or AdTech Demonstrated success closing agency-led or brand-direct programmatic deals Deep understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and the evolving media buying ecosystem Excellent communicator with strong commercial instincts and closing skills Based in the NYC metro area, with the ability to commute to Manhattan HQ 4 days/week Entrepreneurial drive: self-motivated, accountable, and energized by ownership On-Target Earnings (OTE): $230,000 – $250,000+ (uncapped commission structure) Equity: Long-term incentive potential based on performance and tenure Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Mental health & wellness stipend Mobility & Sustainability Perks: 100% public transportation reimbursement $1,000 electric vehicle rebate $500 e-bike rebate $1,000 Green Fund per employee for sustainability initiatives Carbon offset matching (up to $250 annually) Paid 6-course sustainability master class Workplace Experience: Weekly catered team lunches Panoramic HQ office with 360° city views Thursday happy hours, games, and team events Centrally located near top restaurants, cafes, and transit Why Join This is your opportunity to take the lead in a flagship market for one of the most forward-thinking companies in advertising.
