About the Role We’re seeking a Demand Generation Director / Senior Manager to build and scale our digital marketing and demand generation engine in a fast-paced startup environment. This role will own the strategy and hands-on execution of multi-channel programs that drive qualified pipeline and revenue, partnering closely with Sales and Business Development team. This is a highly impactful role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and knows how to turn experimentation into repeatable growth. What You'll Do: Own end-to-end demand generation and digital marketing strategy and execution across paid, owned, and partner channels Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads (search, display, retargeting) Paid LinkedIn campaigns (ABM, lead gen, awareness) Lead program from strategic partners Digital events including webinars and virtual events Integrated multi-channel campaigns tied to product launches and key initiatives Manage and optimize the full funnel—from lead acquisition through MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution Serve as the primary owner of HubSpot for demand generation, including campaign setup, reporting, workflows, and optimization Partner with Sales and Business Development on ICP definition, targeting, lead quality, attribution, and pipeline performance Manage budgets, forecasting, and ROI measurement across all demand and digital marketing programs Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns based on insights Build scalable processes and best practices as the company grows What We're Looking For: 7+ years of B2B demand generation or performance marketing experience (Senior Manager or Director level) Startup experience is required , with a proven ability to build and scale programs from the ground up Deep, hands-on experience with: HubSpot (required) Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads Webinar and digital event platforms Strong understanding of funnel metrics, attribution models, and lead lifecycle management Experience working closely with Sales and Business Development teams Cybersecurity or high-tech industry experience strongly preferred Data-driven, highly organized, and comfortable balancing strategy with execution Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Location & Work Requirements Must reside in the San Francisco Bay Area Hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week in our San Francisco office Benefits Competitive compensation 401(k) Comprehensive healthcare coverage Commuter benefits Join us at CYGNVS and become a crucial part of a team that values innovation, excellence, and enjoyment in crafting exceptional products.
