Position Overview
The Growth Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling API’s brand, demand generation, and ABX acceleration efforts. This role blends strategy with execution — requiring a marketer who is both highly creative and deeply strategic. This is not a traditional support role. This individual will lead brand-level initiatives, develop compelling sales enablement assets, execute global and multi-channel campaigns, and leverage AI-driven content development to amplify API’s market presence. We are seeking a high-energy, B2B growth marketer with exceptional PowerPoint design skills, strong video production capabilities, campaign management expertise, and the ability to translate strategy into polished, client-facing execution.
Core Responsibilities
Brand-Level Leadership & Communications
Lead key brand-level initiatives, including:
Website refresh and ongoing website management (shaping the narrative for product updates, market education, and awareness programs), while ensuring all content is built for SEO performance and inbound growth
Social media channels optimization and updates (LinkedIn updates, regular posting, digital campaigns, etc.)
Development of executive-ready brand communications with compelling narratives that resonate with diverse global audiences (one-pagers, videos, sales materials, explainer content, case studies)
Own and evolve API’s visual storytelling across digital, social channels, webinars and industry events
Create high-impact presentations (PowerPoint mastery required) for leadership, clients, and industry events
Develop and execute quarterly explainer videos to articulate product innovation and value propositions
Ensure global brand consistency across airline, rail, cruise, and DPAX verticals
API World & Event Marketing Execution
Collaborate on overall strategy and execution of API World and key industry events
Organize and manage audio/video production for stage presentations
Develop keynote decks, hero videos, and event messaging assets
Lead content production before, during, and after events
Repurpose event content into:
Case studies
Social campaigns
Nurture sequences
Business development materials
Leverage event content to drive future pipeline growth
Sales Support & Revenue Enablement
Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to develop findings reports, create case studies to support RFPs, and quantify API impact in client-facing business cases
Build, update, and maintain master sales decks
Create customized one-pagers, presentations, and short‑form videos for client workshops
Translate operational and financial insights into compelling visual storytelling
ABM & Campaign Management
Support execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives
Collaborate on contact database management and segmentation strategy
Develop integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (digital, events, webinars, ABM, paid media, content marketing) aligned to global and regional growth priorities
Optimize digital marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, event, etc.)
Analyze campaign ROI, customer behavior, and sales pipeline performance
Gather and interpret marketing data to drive strategic insights
Build dashboards and performance reports to inform optimization
AI-Driven Content & Digital Innovation
Leverage AI tools to generate high‑quality content efficiently
Create video scripts and visual assets
Develop personalized campaign messaging
Support scalable content production
Stay ahead of emerging marketing technologies and automation tools
Introduce new efficiencies into content creation workflows
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
3–5+ years of B2B marketing experience and proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, ABM, and Sales Operations teams
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive‑ready design capability required)
Strong video production skills (script writing, editing, audio/visual coordination)
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce preferred)
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.)
Experience using AI tools for content creation and campaign optimization
Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages, thought leadership content, and various marketing materials
Ability to manage multiple high‑priority initiatives simultaneously
Experience supporting trade shows, conferences, and executive‑level events

Position Type & Hours
Full time, Monday through Friday, normal core business hours and as needed on nights and weekends unless otherwise specified. This is a hybrid opportunity with a minimum of 3 days in our Melville, NY headquarters.

Compensation
Good faith annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000 plus bonus and is commensurate with experience.
