JOB FOCUS: Focus is on, but not limited to the following: Must be ALL ABOUT THE TEAM! Must "Put the Guest 1st" You must say "yes" and "thank you" often! Greet all guest warmly Prepares and services beverages for servers and guests in a quick, efficient and friendly manner Provides exceptional customer service to all guest Ensures that guests are served in accordance with state and local guidelines regarding the service of alcohol Perform proper cash, comp, and check control procedures Takes inventory of the bar on a regular basis Provides guests with accurate information about the restaurant and property as well as entertainment offered in each as needed Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate guest and team members needs when the opportunity arises Communicates with management, and service staff immediately to rectify all guest needs and request Ensures work area is in compliance with the Southern Nevada Health District health codes at all times Must be able to pass pour test on a regular basis Keeps all stations stocked by polishing and distributing China, glassware, and silverware Responsible for taking guests drink and food orders in a timely manner DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prefer at least (3) years of prior experience as a Bartender Ability to obtain a Valid Nevada Food Handler Safety Training Card Must be at least 21 years of age or older Must be polished, professional, friendly, dynamic and able to multitask Dedicated and willing to go above and beyond Able to take initiative in a VIP driven and guest service focused environment Must have an exceptional personality and hospitality driven attitude Must be a highly organized individual with the ability to handle numerous tasks at a time Has current expertise in the cocktail industry and knowledge of bar trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
