As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be a key driver of growth across the DACH region, with a strong focus on Germany. You’ll act as the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying and qualifying opportunities where the solution can deliver meaningful impact. Your work will directly shape a healthy, predictable sales pipeline and support the success of the wider revenue organisation.
What You’ll Do Prospect Engagement & Qualification Act as the first touchpoint for new prospects via outbound and inbound channels
Conduct structured research to identify relevant accounts and stakeholders
Run early discovery conversations to understand business needs and challenges
Build and maintain a well-structured, high-quality sales pipeline
Qualify opportunities and hand over well-prepared leads to Account Executives
Continuously test and optimise outreach approaches (email, calls, sequences)
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Revenue Leadership
Support outbound campaigns and contribute insights from the market
Represent the brand as a knowledgeable and credible ambassador
What You Bring Must-Haves First experience in sales, business development, or a strong ambition to build a sales career
High self-motivation, curiosity, and a proactive mindset
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Confidence in initiating conversations and engaging new contacts
Native-level German and professional English (spoken & written)
Nice-to-Haves Experience with CRM or sales automation tools
Interest in cybersecurity or technical topics (not required)
