Brand Marketing & Media Manager
We are seeking a Brand Marketing & Media Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing and media strategies that increase product awareness, drive demand, and build brand loyalty across all Hinkley brands (Hinkley, Fredrick Ramond and Lark). This role translates product priorities and launch plans into cohesive go-to-market, campaign, and media strategies, ensuring consistent, high-quality, on-brand execution across print, digital, and paid media channels.
Working closely with Product Development, Creative, and other cross-functional teams, the manager drives integrated campaign planning and media strategy, strengthening brand presence through coordinated campaigns and data-informed performance optimization.
This role requires a strong understanding of diverse customer audiences and the ability to tailor messaging, channels, and campaign approaches to effectively reach a range of customer segments across Hinkley’s portfolio. This hands‑on role combines leadership with direct execution, requiring a manager who is actively involved in day‑to‑day campaign planning, coordination, and delivery. Strong project management, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to keep stakeholders aligned, on time, and on target are critical to success.
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Go-To-Market
Own go-to-market strategy for new and existing products across all Hinkley brands and product categories; coordinate timelines, inputs, and dependencies across Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure GTM efforts are executed accurately, on brand, and on schedule.
Partner closely with Product Development to understand product launch plans and priorities and ensure alignment with related marketing and media strategies.
Support sales enablement by ensuring appropriate product marketing assets are identified, requested, and aligned to campaign and business needs.
Develop audience-specific messaging and campaign approaches tailored to distinct customer segments across trade, design, consumer, and other relevant audiences.
Integrated Campaign Leadership
Develop, plan, and execute integrated, omnichannel marketing campaigns, serving as the hands‑on project lead responsible for coordinating deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Actively manage campaign timelines, workflows, and dependencies to keep on time.
Ensure campaign plans and execution are aligned with overall marketing strategy, positioning, and marketing mix to drive awareness and demand.
Ensure creative, messaging, and media execution are aligned and consistently reflect brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
Identify and pursue opportunities for brand partnerships, collaborations, and media relationships that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Provide strategic direction, prioritization, and performance oversight for social media initiatives executed by the Social Media Strategist to ensure alignment with broader campaign and brand strategy.
Media Strategy, Execution & Budget Ownership
Own end-to-end media strategy, planning, execution, and budget management across print and digital channels (social, search, display, email, video).
Develop integrated media plans aligned to product priorities, campaign objectives, editorial press, and brand strategy.
Manage media agencies and digital partners; oversee media buys, negotiations, editorial exposure and execution.
Develop and manage media budgets, monitoring spend, forecasts, and performance and proactively communicating status and variances with stakeholders.
Optimize media mix, channel allocation, and investment levels to maximize visibility, engagement, and ROI while maintaining fiscal discipline.
Insights, Performance & Optimization
Monitor and evaluate campaign and media performance using key metrics such as reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI, delivering actionable monthly performance insights to leadership.
Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive activity to shape marketing and media strategy.
Translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations, providing concise performance reporting and post-campaign analysis to inform future campaigns and decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities
Perform other related duties as required to support the overall success of the team and the company.
Education and Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
7+ years of progressive marketing experience with a strong focus on integrated marketing campaigns, media strategy, PR and go-to‑market execution.
Experience managing cross-channel marketing campaigns, including print, paid media, and digital platforms.
Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Experience in premium or design-driven industries such as high-end furniture, home goods, interior products, lighting, or luxury consumer brands preferred.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Deep understanding of integrated marketing, media planning, and omnichannel campaign execution across the full customer journey.
Ability to align marketing and media plans with product strategy and business objectives.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign and media performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights with a focus on performance and ROI.
Proven fiscal discipline with experience managing media planning, execution, and budgets.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across cross‑functional teams.
Demonstrated ability to work as a hands‑on, player‑coach—balancing leadership responsibilities with direct execution.
Highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
Consistently ensure communications are accurate, appropriate, and aligned with brand standards.
Displays a strong work ethic, self‑motivation, and passion for the industry while staying informed on industry trends to inspire effective brand marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
