The company’s B2B SaaS platform uses advanced technology to enable professionals in fitness, sports and medicine to measure client movement health in seconds. Scored reports quantify mobility, symmetry, and overall movement quality, while amazing 3D visuals and AI-driven exercise programming educate and motivate clients. Especially for fitness, Kinotek professionalizes the assessment for every trainer.

POSITION SUMMARY The Account Executive is a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who understands the company mission to reach and inspire fitness, sports and medical professionals to adopt the Kinotek Platform. In addition to closing quarterly sales aligned with the company’s goal, the AE’s responsibility includes onboarding, training, and maintaining strong relationships. The AE’s insights will be shared with the entire team to help create great product and service improvements to accelerate our growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES Master the market, product functionality, and benefits, including ROI. Deeply understand, target audience and nurture best prospects to build and maintain a quality sales pipeline.
Effectively work your best targets through the sales pipeline, to demo, close and onboard to achieve quarterly goals. Teach and inspire new accounts during your onboarding process to ensure ongoing engagement.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to share product opportunities and issues. Contribute front-line ideas for product and service improvements, and to improve the overall customer experience.
Leveraging our Chief Movement Officer, organize prospect and customer roundtables and webinars to update on trends, new product updates, and other topics of interest.
Attend trade conferences to meet prospects, customers and build your pipeline, relationships and company awareness.
Continuously share with colleagues sales insights, best practices, and other ideas to support the overall company goals.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in SaaS and/or B2B
Prior experience and deep interest in health, sports or fitness
Demonstrated ability, and strong desire, to achieve and exceed sales goals
Fluency with online platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, or other sales/CRM tool
A positive attitude, a team player, a lifelong learner, and a willingness work hard
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking ability
Experience in a high-activity sales cycle, particularly in selling new solutions
