The Role This is a strategic Account Director role focused on expanding and growing existing civilian federal enterprise accounts. You will manage 2 to 4 named agencies with established revenue and significant expansion potential. The mandate is clear: drive multi-year ARR growth through executive engagement, structured account planning, and proactive opportunity creation. What You’ll Own Expansion and ARR growth across assigned enterprise accounts Executive engagement with acquisition, IT, mission, and senior leadership stakeholders Opportunity creation prior to RFI and RFP stages Multi-stakeholder alignment across complex federal buying environments $250K to $1M+ enterprise deal cycles with 6+ month sales cycles Growth targets in the $3M to $5M range across accounts Why Strong Federal Sellers Are Interested Warm, revenue-generating enterprise accounts with expansion runway Full portfolio enterprise selling across acquisition, compliance, contract workflow, and budgeting solutionsEstablished brand and long-standing federal relationships Dedicated sales operations, marketing, and delivery support Remote-first environment with executive visibility and accountability What You Bring 8+ years of enterprise SaaS or enterprise software sales 8+ years selling into U.S. Federal Government agencies Proven Federal account expansion and renewals experience Demonstrated ability to create and shape opportunities before RFI and RFP stages Demonstrated executive engagement with CIO, CAO, acquisition, and program leadership Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder federal buying environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
