Account Executive – Reston, VA We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our global team and help expand our client base across data centers, hyperscalers, and tech investors. In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle—from outreach to closing deals—while collaborating with colleagues and supporting clients every step of the way. Responsibilities Connect with potential clients across multiple sectors Build lasting relationships with executives and stakeholders Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing Share and explain our research products, reports, and subscription services Meet sales targets while collaborating with marketing & research teams Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in data center, research/consulting, or real estate Excellent communication and negotiation skills Interest in technology, data, and market intelligence Self‑motivated and proactive, yet enjoy collaborating with supportive teams Comfortable coming to our Reston, VA office three days a week HubSpot experience is a bonus Benefits 25‑29 days annual leave + Christmas week closure 401(k) with Guideline Anniversary rewards & career coaching Up to 1 month working remotely per year Why this role?
