We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to establish and grow our brand in the U.S. healthcare market, reporting to our Head of Marketing. This is an execution-heavy role where you’ll run events, build campaigns, create content, and test new ideas end to end. What You’ll Do Events & Field Marketing: Manage end-to-end planning and execution of industry events and activations, including logistics, messaging, onsite presence, and follow-up. Demand Generation & Campaigns: Plan, build, and execute multi‑channel campaigns across email, social, content, and events. Own setup, execution, optimization, and reporting. Social Media & Content (Hands‑On): Manage established and test emerging channels like TikTok. Create posts, short‑form videos, and visuals. Adapt blogs, ebooks, and case studies into high‑performing assets. Creative & Experimental Marketing: Bring a creative mindset to reach providers and clinic leadership. Test new formats and channels while keeping messaging credible. Brand & PR (Plus): Support PR initiatives, press releases, and thought leadership placements. Requirements 2‑4 years of marketing experience in a US healthcare company‑ a must Experience in demand generation, events, ABM and social media management Creative, hands‑on, and comfortable testing new channels and ideas Mastery of CRM and marketing automation and additional MarTech tools Strong project management and communication skills Nice to have: PR experience Who You Are Hands‑on, execution‑focused, and resourceful Enjoy building, posting, testing, and iterating yourself Care about messaging, positioning, and how a brand shows up Curious about healthcare, technology, and improving care delivery Ambitious to grow and take on increasing responsibility Compensation Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 (commensurate with experience) Additional Benefits: Equity package, 401(k) match, and comprehensive health benefits.
