Ludus is a SaaS company that builds digital tools trusted by thousands of organizations to power their event ticketing, marketing, fundraising, retail and registration needs.
We are looking for a goal‑driven, motivated BDR to support our growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Execute outreach strategies to schedule meetings for potential customers to learn about Ludus’s platform.
Conduct market research and manage data organization in our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Support, and Product teams.
Qualifications
Experience in cold‑calling, prospecting, or managing customer relationships.
Self‑motivated with a strong desire to succeed and consistently meet or exceed outreach and pipeline targets.
Strong communication skills—able to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing.
Tech‑savvy: comfortable using Google products, CRM systems, outreach tools, and sales software.
Curiosity and industry knowledge regarding the performing arts or similar sectors.
Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, analysis, and AI tools.

Location: West Michigan (Hybrid).
Salary Range: $47k – $52k plus commission.
