Responsibilities
Coordinate the creation and production of sales and marketing materials.
Manage advertising schedules and placements.
Assist with Public Relations activities.
Update databases, intranet content, and relevant programs.
Conduct research and provide strategic suggestions.
Support project management, tracking, and coordination efforts.
Compile and produce sales and marketing reports.
Maintain inventory of marketing materials.
Participate in community organizations and events.
Manage vendor relationships and provide guidance on marketing services, including:
Direct marketing (design services, PURLs & GURLs, list acquisition)
Online marketing (website design, copywriting)
Mobile marketing (mobile websites, QR codes, SMS/MMS, mobile apps)
Email marketing
ePublications
Brand identity
Collaborate with vendors to resolve end-user issues.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Professional appearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communications.
Understanding of B2B product management and marketing strategies.
Strong presentation and analytical skills.
Collaborative working style.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage strategic alliances and vendor relationships.
Consultative sales skills (preferred).
1-2 years of customer service experience (preferred).
1-2 years of project management experience.
