EP Wealth Advisors is seeking an execution‑focused Client Marketing Manager to serve as the operational leader and second‑in‑command within the Client Marketing function. This program implementation role is responsible for driving execution across client marketing initiatives, managing agencies, vendors and cross‑functional teams, while ensuring complex, multi‑channel projects are delivered on time and at a consistently high standard. This individual will translate strategic direction into structured execution while staying ahead of trends in the RIA and wealth management space for the benefit of the clients we serve. Program & Project Ownership Own execution of the annual client marketing roadmap Build and manage detailed project plans across initiatives Drive accountability across internal stakeholders and external partners Anticipate and flag risks, proactively adjusting timelines Ensure initiatives launch smoothly and predictably Platform & Agency Management Serve as primary point of contact for external partners Manage scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and deliverables Hold agencies accountable for quality and performance Optimize vendor relationships for efficiency and cost discipline Cross‑Functional & Technical Fluency Partner closely with Advisors, Compliance, Operations, and Product Technology Communicate effectively across business and technical stakeholders Understand and articulate the operational implications of marketing initiatives Speak the language of product and technology teams to ensure alignment Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms) and marketing automation tools Industry Insight & Voice of the Customer Leadership Stay ahead of RIA and wealth management marketing best practices Monitor competitive positioning and emerging client experience trends Lead implementation of ongoing client research and feedback initiatives Gather, analyze, and synthesize market research and client insights Proactively recommend enhancements to strengthen programs Deep familiarity with the wealth management or RIA space is strongly preferred Performance Measurement & Optimization Build and own the client marketing performance dashboard Track engagement and program performance metrics Analyze trends and communicate key insights Identify operational inefficiencies then wolve by implementing process improvements that scale What Success Looks Like This is a marketing operational ownership role responsible for driving the execution of EP Wealth’s client marketing programs with structure, accountability, and precision. Success in this role means initiatives launch on time and at a high standard, agencies and vendors are proactively managed and held accountable, cross‑functional collaboration runs smoothly, and client marketing programs operate predictably and efficiently at scale. This individual will own complex, multi‑stakeholder projects end‑to‑end – building timelines, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring disciplined follow‑through – so that the Director of Client Marketing can focus on long‑term strategic evolution. For clarity, this is not a content writing, graphic design, or social media management role, nor is it a junior coordination position or a strategy‑only seat without execution ownership. It is a marketing program owner role accountable for delivery, structure, and measurable outcomes. Qualifications 6+ years in program management, marketing operations, or client marketing within a company that has a sophisticated and mature marketing infrastructure (e.g., healthcare, financial services) Strong project management and agency management experience Experience in RIA or wealth management preferred Confidence operating at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital workflow/project management tools Strong organizational discipline and executive communication skills High ownership mentality and bias toward execution Structured, steady, and decisive Technically conversant without needing to be an engineer Comfortable managing complexity across teams Passionate about improving client experience Energized by building systems that scale #J-18808-Ljbffr
