What Success Looks Like
This is a marketing operational ownership role responsible for driving the execution of EP Wealth’s client marketing programs with structure, accountability, and precision. Success in this role means initiatives launch on time and at a high standard, agencies and vendors are proactively managed and held accountable, cross‑functional collaboration runs smoothly, and client marketing programs operate predictably and efficiently at scale. This individual will own complex, multi‑stakeholder projects end‑to‑end – building timelines, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring disciplined follow‑through – so that the Director of Client Marketing can focus on long‑term strategic evolution. For clarity, this is not a content writing, graphic design, or social media management role, nor is it a junior coordination position or a strategy‑only seat without execution ownership. It is a marketing program owner role accountable for delivery, structure, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

6+ years in program management, marketing operations, or client marketing within a company that has a sophisticated and mature marketing infrastructure (e.g., healthcare, financial services)

Strong project management and agency management experience

Experience in RIA or wealth management preferred

Confidence operating at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology

Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and digital workflow/project management tools

Strong organizational discipline and executive communication skills

High ownership mentality and bias toward execution

Structured, steady, and decisive

Technically conversant without needing to be an engineer

Comfortable managing complexity across teams

Passionate about improving client experience

Energized by building systems that scale
