Now Hiring: Business Development - Sales Overview We are a dynamic communications company seeking a Business Development - Sales role to support business growth through outbound sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and in-person brand representation. This role blends relationship‑driven sales with hands‑on marketing activities, including attending trade shows, conferences, and industry events. Key Responsibilities Support sales growth by identifying and engaging prospective with clients Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, meetings, and networking opportunities Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events Assist with planning, setup, and follow‑up for events and conferences Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and follow‑up activity Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and partners Provide regular updates and insights on market trends and lead activity Qualifications & Experience High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, or a related role preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable presenting and engaging with clients in person Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Willingness to travel for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings (air and/or car) Experience with sales outreach and relationship development Familiarity with marketing tools and digital communication channels Strong organizational and follow‑up skills Confident phone and in‑person presence Positive, professional, and results‑oriented mindset Benefits Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55k–$65k, based on experience Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Travel and expense reimbursement Bonus or commission opportunities (where applicable) Schedule Monday–Friday, 8am‑5pm Flexible scheduling around travel and events #J-18808-Ljbffr
