What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Develop and execute business plans aligned with assigned territory
Collaborate with marketing to create and implement effective marketing strategies
Lead technical resources to demonstrate the advantages of SailPoint's solutions to customers
Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing sales
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in tech or software solutions
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotasStrong communication skills for engaging with customers and partners
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and lead virtual resources
Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales‑related field preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with identity security solutions or related technologies
Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
Established network within the industry or territory
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Previous experience in a role requiring business travel
