What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Develop and execute business plans aligned with assigned territory
Provide tailored solutions and accurate information to customers and partners
Lead technical resources to demonstrate the advantages of SailPoint's offerings
Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, from qualifying to closing
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in software or technology solutions
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of identity security solutions and competitive landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or a sales-related field
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
Familiarity with competitive products such as Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt
Previous experience working with enterprise clients
Established network within the identity security market
