What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Develop business plans aligned with your assigned territory
Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
Lead technical resources to demonstrate the advantages of the employer's solutions to customers
Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, and negotiations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology sector
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication skills for effective customer engagement
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Familiarity with Salesforce and other channel management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in IT, business, or sales-related field
Experience selling identity security solutions or comparable technology
Established relationships with key partners and influencers in the industry
Knowledge of competitive landscape, particularly Microsoft and Okta
Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic account plans
