What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Develop business plans that align with your assigned territory

Lead the appropriate technical resources to demonstrate the employer's advantages to customers

Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, and negotiations

Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through partners and end users

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a technology or identity security environment

Strong communication skills for effective first engagements and discovery calls

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas

Ability to understand and present the value of identity security solutions

Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools

Familiarity with competitive landscape including Microsoft and Okta

Established relationships with industry partners and influencers

Previous experience in a team-selling environment
