What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis

Develop business plans that align with your assigned territory

Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users

Own all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, negotiations, and closing

Maintain a high level of customer service that aligns with the employer's core values

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the technology sector

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and partners

Experience with sales management and reporting tools, including Salesforce

Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field

Familiarity with identity security solutions or related technologies

Experience in managing a virtual sales team

Strong understanding of competitive landscape including Microsoft and Okta

Previous experience in a customer-facing role
