What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
Develop business plans aligned with assigned territory
Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users
Lead the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing
Maintain a high level of customer service that aligns with the employer's core values
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 50% business travel expected yearly
Proven experience in sales, preferably in an IT or business-related field
Exceptional communication skills for engaging with customers and partners
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
Proficiency in utilizing channel management and reporting tools, including Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
Experience in identity security solutions or related technology
Familiarity with competitive organizations in the identity security market
Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement techniques
Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in previous roles
