What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis - Develop business plans aligned with assigned territory - Collaborate with marketing to execute marketing plans through partners and end users - Lead the sales cycle, including qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, negotiations, and closing - Maintain a high level of customer service that aligns with the employer's core values

What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 50% business travel expected yearly - Proven experience in sales, preferably in an IT or business-related field - Exceptional communication skills for engaging with customers and partners - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions - Proficiency in utilizing channel management and reporting tools, including Salesforce

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field - Experience in identity security solutions or related technology - Familiarity with competitive organizations in the identity security market - Strong understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement techniques - Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets in previous roles
