Position Summary We are seeking a Client Intake & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Merrillville. This is not a remote role.
In this role, you will be responsible for responding to incoming inquiries, following up on leads, supporting client intake, and managing BrightStar’s online presence. You will play a key role in ensuring potential clients receive timely responses and a strong first impression of our services.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable on the phone, and enjoys both client interaction and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities Lead & Client Support Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and families
Assist with coordinating client intake and gathering necessary information
Follow up on leads generated through marketing and community outreach
Support sales efforts by tracking and following up on referral leads
Ensure timely, professional communication with all inquiries
Follow up with new clients after services begin to ensure satisfaction
Marketing & Online Presence Manage and maintain BrightStar’s social media presence
Create and schedule regular social media content
Monitor and respond to online inquiries and messages
Assist with online reviews and reputation management
Support digital marketing campaigns and community engagement
Office Coordination Maintain organized tracking of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
Coordinate communication between referral partners, families, and office staff
Support general office operations and client service communication
Qualifications Experience in customer service, marketing, office administration, or healthcare coordination
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable speaking with prospective clients and families on the phone
Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in healthcare or home care is a plus
Ability to work in-office daily
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
$50,000 – $58,000 annual salary , based on experience
Quarterly L10 performance bonus equal to 4% of annual salary each quarter (up to approximately 16% annually when goals are achieved)
