Position Summary We are seeking a Client & Marketing Coordinator who will play an important role in helping our office respond quickly to new leads, support client intake, and strengthen our online presence. This position is based in our Merrillville office and requires daily in-office work. This is not a remote position. The person in this role will help ensure potential clients receive timely responses, assist with intake coordination, manage social media and online marketing efforts, and follow up with new clients to make sure services are going well. This role works closely with our marketing and operations team and supports lead follow-up and client communication. Key Responsibilities Lead & Client Support Answer incoming calls from prospective clients and families Assist with coordinating client intake and information gathering Follow up with leads generated through marketing and community outreach Support Sales by tracking and following up on referral leads Follow up with new clients after services begin to ensure satisfaction Marketing & Online Presence Manage and maintain BrightStar’s social media presence Create and schedule regular social media posts and online content Monitor and respond to online inquiries and messages Assist with online reviews and reputation management Support digital marketing campaigns and community engagement Office Coordination Maintain organized tracking of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups Coordinate communication between referral partners, families, and office staff Support general office operations and client service communication Qualifications Experience in customer service, marketing, office administration, or healthcare coordination Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable speaking with families and prospective clients on the phone Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing Highly organized with strong follow-through Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment Healthcare or home care experience is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits - $48,000–$56,000 annual salary, based on experience - Quarterly L10 performance bonus opportunity equal to 4% of annual salary each quarter ( up to approximately 16% annually when goals are achieved). - Health insurance through Vitable Health, with optional dental and vision coverage - 401(k) retirement plan with employer match - Paid Time Off and Sick Pay - Weekly pay with direct deposit - Mileage reimbursement -ZayZoon Pay on Demand – access earned wages instantly Vitable Health Includes: - $0 copay primary care (in-person & virtual) - $0 copay mental health therapy and life coaching - Nearly 1,000 prescriptions at no cost - Household coverage included Apply Today If you are organized, comfortable communicating with families, and enjoy helping a company grow through strong client relationships and digital marketing, we would love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
