Job Type : Contract (6 months) Compensation : $32.00-37.50/hr W2 --- About the Role Our client, a leading organization in the health insurance and member services industry, is seeking a CX Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of member engagement communications. In this role, you will help deliver timely and effective messaging across print, digital, email, and other channels. You will collaborate closely with Customer Experience, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to support open enrollment initiatives and member engagement programs that empower individuals to make informed health decisions. Job Description Coordinate the intake, routing, and delivery of marketing materials across creative, legal, and internal teams Manage milestones, deadlines, reviews, and approvals to ensure on-time execution Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding material needs, brand guidelines, and content requirements Partner with legal teams to incorporate disclosures and standardized language Schedule and facilitate review meetings and status check-ins Integrate feedback from Customer Experience strategies, brand partners, and compliance teams Review all materials for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards before release Qualifications Required 2 or more years of experience in customer experience action planning or a related marketing or communications role Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to prioritize work, think creatively, and problem-solve under tight deadlines High school diploma or equivalent Authorization to work in the United States Preferred Experience using project management or workflow tools such as Asana or PageProof Knowledge of the health insurance industry Dahl Consulting is proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees that will allow you to choose the best coverage to meet your family’s needs.
