Your Impact in This Role Identify New Project Opportunities Monitor market activity, attend industry events, and proactively engage decision-makers in commercial real estate, development, and architecture. Grow Our Pipeline Leverage local knowledge and relationships to target commercial opportunities in sectors such as healthcare, education, industrial, civic, and retail. Represent the Hankins Brand Be the face of Hankins Construction in the community—presenting our value proposition clearly and confidently to owners, developers, and partners. Work Strategically Across Teams Collaborate closely with preconstruction, estimating, and operations to ensure client expectations are aligned with capabilities and project success.
