We’re recruiting a business development representative in St. Louis, MO. We are looking for a driven, high-energy professional ready to nurture and build a high-impact territory. This is a true field sales opportunity focused on delivering essential services to commercial property decision-makers across the market.

We are looking for a driven, high-energy professional ready to own a high-impact territory.

Responsibilities

Deliver essential services to commercial property decision-makers across the market.

Build and own a high-impact territory.

Engage in mostly field-based sales work with 1 -2 office days.

Will have access to upselling the existing 150 accounts in addition to new business development (60% hunting/40% account management)

Qualifications

3+ years outside sales experience with strong results.

Commercial and property association affiliation a plus.

Required Skills

Hungry, adaptable, and thrives in uncapped earnings roles.

Pay range and compensation package

$75K base first year (DOE), total earning $120K yr 1

Ramp up bonus

$150K-$200K 2nd year income.

$9K car stipend + gas card + full benefits.
