Why consider this job opportunity Base salary of $75,000 with an additional $75,000 in commission, totaling $150,000 OTE Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment Generous time off benefits, including quarterly mental health days and paid parental leave Comprehensive insurance options with employer premium coverage and a 401k plan with employer match Recognition as a 2024 Global Most Loved Workplace and a Top Most Loved Workplace® for LGBTQ+ employees Engage in a culture that values employees and fosters internal mobility What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Own and manage a defined book of accounts, building and progressing pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts Develop and execute a thoughtful outbound strategy to generate new pipeline across priority accounts Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations via web-based selling Lead discovery conversations with event and marketing stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure strong customer outcomes What is Required (Qualifications) 2-5+ years of experience closing new business in a SaaS environment (Commercial/Mid-Market) Strong preference for experience in the Event Industry Proven ability to source, manage, and close opportunities end-to-end Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a structured sales organization Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Experience with Salesforce and modern sales tools (e.g., Outreach, Gong) Demonstrable pipeline generation experience, particularly in building and executing a multi-faceted territory plan Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven sales environment Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new concepts Strong business acumen with the ability to connect product value to customer outcomes "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
