Responsibilities Actively engage with potential customers and lead them through the solar conversion process from initial inquiry to installation completion Provide comprehensive consultation to clients on solar energy solutions, system design, financing options, and government incentives Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty Collaborate with our in-house team of solar experts, engineers, and technicians to develop customized solutions for clients Track, analyze, and report on sales pipeline data, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet or exceed sales targets Attend virtual conferences, webinars, and industry events to stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies Consistently provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally Requirements No experience required A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry (Preferred) Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (Preferred) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales enablement tools Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to environmental sustainability Join APG Solar and help us shape the future of renewable energy!
