We are seeking a Paid Campaign Manager to manage and optimize high-budget digital campaigns focused on lead generation and conversions. This role requires a data-driven approach to improve performance and maximize ROI across multiple paid channels. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns across platforms such as G-Ads and other digital channels Develop and execute strategies focused on lead generation and conversion optimization Monitor and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CPM Handle budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting for high-spend campaigns Conduct A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and landing pages Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, and related tools Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign creatives and performance Identify and scale new growth opportunities across channels Qualifications 3–7+ years of experience in paid media or performance marketing Experience managing large monthly ad budgets Strong experience across paid social, paid search, and digital advertising platforms Solid understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns Hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, and campaign tracking tools Strong analytical and optimization skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently DEXIAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
