Country/Region: US Location: North Mankato, MN, US, 56003 Job Description About the Team At ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota, Inc., the Sales team drives business growth and customer satisfaction through strong relationships, customer engagement, market analysis, and sales strategy. The team collaborates with engineering, product management, and logistics to introduce new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a positive work environment. The position would not be able to support fully remote work but could sit in either Vernon Hills, IL or North Mankato, MN. What You Can Look Forward to as Account Manager: Defend and grow business with assigned customers in North America Ensure customer satisfaction in products, price, quality, service, and technology Build connections with customer engineering teams and decision-makers Manage customer relationships through virtual and in-person meetings (25%-50% travel) Support quality and logistics discussions Work on new RFQs and ensure timely delivery of offers Collaborate with ZF functions to deliver on-time responses Solve technical and commercial issues, coordinating internal resources Support operational planning and manage price lists and adjustments Ensure KPIs are under control and identify new market opportunities No direct reports Your Profile as Account Manager Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred 7+ years of experience in Sales Management (B2B; preferably Tier 1 suppliers) Experience in complex/matrix organizations Technical knowledge of complex engineering products #J-18808-Ljbffr
