Personal Lines Account Manager

About the Role Hybrid work opportunity in both Cedar Rapids and Des Moines for experienced Personal Lines Account Managers . You will provide service and support to an assigned block of personal insurance clients, working with internal sales and service team members as well as insurance carrier partners. You will conduct policy reviews, manage the renewal process, and support clients and carriers with any changes service matters as they arise while serving as the day-to-day contact and trusted advisor for your clients. Skills & Experience Experience with personal insurance (home, auto, umbrella, etc.) either in customer service, underwriting, or claims Active insurance license Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills Job Specs This position will work a hybrid work schedule once onboarding is completed with 3 days in the office and 2 from home. #J-18808-Ljbffr
