International Exposure Training Programs Key Responsibilities Plan , execute , and optimize end-to-end email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp , ActiveCampaign , SendGrid , and Elastic Email Build and manage marketing automation workflows with a strong focus on logic , efficiency , and scalability Develop data-driven campaign strategies to drive lead generation , conversions , and revenue growth Track and optimize campaign performance ( ROI , engagement , conversion metrics ) Manage CRM integrations, with mandatory hands‑on experience in HubSpot Handle bulk email operations, audience segmentation , and lead reporting Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to streamline processes and improve campaign execution Preferred Attributes Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns Create/design Email Marketing templates and Newsletters as per client’s requirement.
