Brand Strategist This is a hybrid role requiring in-office work Tuesday–Thursday in Charlotte, NC. Applicants must be local to the Charlotte area. The Role The Brand Strategist plays a central role in shaping the strategic direction of our client engagements. This position leads brand positioning and narrative development while ensuring strategy translates into integrated demand generation programs that drive measurable business outcomes. You will work directly with executive stakeholders, facilitate discovery sessions, synthesize research into differentiated positioning, and partner cross-functionally to align brand strategy with performance marketing initiatives. This is a high-accountability role for someone who thinks strategically, communicates confidently, and connects brand to growth.
