Key Responsibilities New Business Development Quote and respond to new business opportunities same-day Process inbound organic leads from our website properties Focus on target industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Technology, and Food Services Communicate effectively with carrier underwriters to secure optimal coverage Account Management Service key client accounts (over $2,500 in revenue) Provide same-day response to client inquiries Conduct annual renewal reviews Maintain consistent communication with clients Apply consultative approach to understand and meet client needs Technical Expertise Understand workers compensation coverage and requirements Analyze and communicate coverage options Maintain knowledge of industry trends and insurance markets Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial lines insurance experience College education preferred Proficiency with Applied Epic agency management system Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and markets Experience working across multiple states Knowledge of workers compensation Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet same-day response expectations Consultative selling approach Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 New business incentives Health Insurance Vision Insurance IRA Plan How to Apply If you are an energetic, positive commercial lines professional looking for an opportunity to work with a growing organization that values quick response times and consultative client relationships, we want to hear from you.
