Build and support 40 high-quality real estate agent partners

Turn every closed loan into at least one referral and one new relationship

We are looking for a sharp, organized, execution-obsessed professional to run our marketing and relationship engine.

This role is responsible for executing, organizing, and optimizing all database marketing, referral partner communication, and content delivery — so nothing slips, nothing gets stale, and everything stays compliant.

You are not the face of the brand — you are the engine behind it.

Compensation: $58,000 - $65,000 yearly
