
Brand Manager

A global consumer brand is seeking a Brand Manager to join its North America team. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on environment where the team is lean, experienced, and deeply rooted in traditional CPG and retail fundamentals.
This role is ideal for a brand marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, insights, and creativity.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day brand operations including offline marketing, trade support, and product management
Serve as the point-person for developing and executing brand and product marketing initiatives
Translate brand strategy into clear positioning, plans, and go-to-market strategies
Collaborate with marketing team members to support media planning and campaign development
Develop launch strategies for new products and evaluate post-launch performance
Lead packaging updates from creative concept through final execution
Partner with sales on marketing initiatives, including support for international markets
Analyze brand positioning and build strategies grounded in consumer insights
Identify growth opportunities through competitive analysis and market evaluation
Measure and report on campaign performance and brand health
Monitor market trends and lead consumer research initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product development, and global teams
Present marketing plans and results to leadership
Manage budget planning, tracking, and reporting
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
8+ years of experience in marketing or brand management
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience preferred
Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker
Strong understanding of brand tone, visual identity, and positioning
Experience managing budgets and performance tracking
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
