The Growth Marketing Lead will own and execute growth strategies across the full marketing funnel—from awareness and acquisition to activation and retention. This role will focus on driving scalable growth through experimentation, performance marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer success teams.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
Lead experimentation programs to test messaging, channels, and conversion optimization strategies.
Analyze marketing performance data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with product and sales teams to improve funnel performance and lead quality.
Optimize website conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and user journey analysis.
Manage and scale paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, social platforms, and other digital channels.
Implement marketing automation and lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Track, report, and communicate key growth metrics to leadership.
Identify new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities to expand Bolt On’s market reach.
What You’ll Need:
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
Strong experience with digital acquisition channels including paid search, paid social, and SEO
Proven track record of driving measurable growth in B2B SaaS or technology environments
Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Experience running experiments such as A/B tests and funnel optimization initiatives
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple growth initiatives simultaneously
